How to buy?
Buying on andreasuarez.es is very easy. You only have to follow the following steps:
- Select on the main menu a section “Home”, “Unique”, “Crockeries” or “Workshops”
- View the product you are interested in and access it by clicking on the image
- On the page of the selected product you can check its description, composition, reference and price, as well as indicate the number of units desired
- To continue with the purchase of the product you have to press the “Add to cart” button that automatically redirects to the cart page to continue with the payment of the selected product
- If you want to continue shopping, press the “Continue shopping” button and repeat the process. If you want to place the order, calculate the shipping by entering the data requested in the “Shipping” section of the “Total cart” box and click the “Update” button and click the “Complete purchase” button.
- Enter all the information requested, shipping and billing address and make sure they are correct.
- Select a payment method
- You can select “Create account” to make it easier to buy next time without having to fill in all the fields
- Accept the conditions and then press the button “Place the order”
- Select the desired payment method, complete the indicated fields and press the “Pay” button
- You can create a password
- You will receive an email confirming your order once you have completed the purchase.
In which countries you can shop online?
Orders can be sent to Europe and the Balearic Islands, but not to the Canary Islands

Each Andrea Suarez product leaves our workshop in perfect condition and is shipped via special delivery companies. So if, in an exceptional case, you receive a product in poor condition, contact us by phone or email.
What should I do if a receive an incorrect item?
Our delivery and distribution system is very careful, but nothing is free from being able to have an exceptional failure. If this happens, please contact us.

For special orders, events or needs outside of the products and services we offer on the web, we may accept bank transfer as an alternative payment method. We will always need an email transfer receipt from your bank.
Shipping & Returns
How long does my order take to arrive?
If the order is in stock, the shipping time will be:
- Iberian Peninsula: 1 – 3 working days
- Balearic Islands: 3 – 5 working days
- Europe: 5 – 7 working days
- Other countries: to be confirmed
If the product is not in stock, the production time is estimated at a maximum of 15 working days (being confirmed at the time of the order) and the shipping time will be as indicated above.
How much do I have to pay for shipping cost?
The rates that apply for shipments are:
- Iberian Peninsula: 7,26€ (free for purchase over 50€)
- Islas Baleares: 13,92€ (free for purchase over 80€)
- Europa: 30,25€ (free for purchase over 150€)
The easiest way to check the shipping cost is to add the product you want to send, and in the section to calculate the shipping cost, enter the postal code. The costs will be calculated automatically.
What is the home delivery process?
It is delivered to the person who is at the indicated address and if no one is found there, a notice is left for it to be picked up at the nearest courier office.
The return of the product is allowed within a maximum period of 15 days, with the buyer being responsible for shipping.
In the event that the product does not arrive in perfect condition, you will have to communicate at the time of delivery of the package and it will be replaced at the company’s expense.
